This Privacy Policy explains how PadelHub (operated by Dreexle) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our app and services.
1Information We Collect
We collect the following information:
Account Information: Phone number (for authentication), name and profile picture, bio and location (optional).
Match Data: Match history and results, player statistics (wins, losses, matches played), ELO rating and level (1.0–7.0), team participation.
Technical Data: Device information, push notification tokens (FCM), app usage analytics.
2How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Authenticate you via phone number and SMS verification · Create and manage your player profile · Process court reservations and match bookings · Facilitate payments through FIB Bank · Calculate your ELO rating and leaderboard position · Send push notifications (match invites, results, updates) · Enable player search and match invitations · Display your profile to other players · Provide customer support.
3Information Sharing
Publicly Visible: Name, profile picture, level on match listings · Leaderboard rankings and statistics · Match participation history.
With Partners: Court venue information for reservations · FIB Bank for payment processing.
With Other Players: Profile details when you join or create matches · Match results submitted by all participants.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4Payment Information
Payments are processed through FIB Bank. We do not store your banking credentials. FIB Bank handles all payment data according to their security standards. We only receive payment confirmation status (successful, pending, failed, refunded).
5Push Notifications
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send notifications about match invitations, match start reminders, result submission requests, and payment confirmations.
You can disable notifications in your device settings. Your FCM token is stored securely and removed when you log out.
6Data Security
We implement security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission and secure authentication. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone number and device.
7Your Rights
You may view and update your profile information anytime, change your phone number through settings, delete your account permanently (Profile › Settings › Delete Account), stop receiving notifications via device settings, or contact us at info@dreexle.com to request data deletion or access.
Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data within 30 days.
8Data Retention
Active accounts: Data retained indefinitely while your account exists.
Deleted accounts: Personal data removed within 30 days. Match history may be anonymized for statistical purposes. We retain data longer if required by law or for dispute resolution.
9Children's Privacy
PadelHub is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us immediately at info@dreexle.com.
10Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted in the app. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
