Terms of Service

By accessing and using PadelHub, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

PadelHub uses phone number authentication. When creating an account you must provide a valid phone number, are responsible for maintaining access to your phone number, receive verification codes via SMS, may update your phone number through app settings, and all activities under your account are your responsibility.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

When creating a match, you agree to select a valid court, date, and time · set appropriate match type (Friendly or Competitive) and level requirements · complete payment via FIB Bank to confirm your booking · show up at the scheduled time or notify participants of changes · invite players responsibly · follow court rules and venue regulations.

Payments are processed through FIB Bank. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

When joining an existing match you must meet any level requirements set by the match creator, commit to attending at the scheduled time, accept the match terms (type, location, duration, price), and acknowledge you may be removed by the match creator if necessary.

Authentication is required to join matches.

Friendly Matches: Casual games with no rating changes. Result submission is optional.

Competitive Matches: Affect your ELO rating and leaderboard ranking. All players must submit results (best of 3 rounds). If results conflict, the match creator confirms the final score. Results must be submitted within 4 hours after match completion.

Deliberately submitting false results may result in account suspension.

Competitive matches can be canceled if both teams agree (requires at least 1 player from each team for 2v2, or both players for 1v1). Cancellations may affect payment refunds based on timing and venue policies. Repeated cancellations without valid reasons may impact your account standing.

Player levels range from 1.0 to 7.0 based on your ELO rating. Rankings are calculated using competitive match results. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free calculations.

Your profile displays current level (1.0–7.0), total matches played, win/loss record, win rate percentage, and leaderboard position.

Court reservations require payment via FIB Bank (Personal, Business, or Corporate accounts) through QR code scanning or FIB mobile app deep links.

Prices are displayed in Iraqi Dinar (IQD). All payments are processed securely through FIB Bank. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and match status.

You agree not to violate any laws or regulations of Iraq · harass, abuse, or harm other players · submit false match results or manipulate rankings · create multiple accounts to abuse the system · share your account credentials · use offensive language or inappropriate profile content · interfere with match operations or payment processing.

PadelHub and all its features are owned by Dreexle and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your profile content (name, photo, bio) but grant us a license to display it within the app for service provision. The PadelHub logo, design, and functionality are proprietary.

By using PadelHub, you consent to receive push notifications about match invitations and updates, result confirmations, payment status, and system announcements.

You may disable notifications through your device settings, but this may affect app functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity or payment issues, repeated false result submissions, or harassment of other users.

You may delete your account anytime through Profile › Settings › Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

PadelHub is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents during matches, disputes between players, court availability or condition, payment processing delays, or loss of data due to technical issues.

Players participate in matches at their own risk.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced through the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iraq. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Iraqi law.
